NILS WHITE STAR is a high-performance EP lubricating grease containing special white solid additives that significantly improve load resistance, wear protection and anti-corrosion behaviour. A high-quality, high-viscosity base oil combined with a special calcium thickener and advanced additives delivers an extremely resistant grease that remains stable in the presence of water and humidity, including saline environments. WHITE STAR is particularly suitable for slow and heavily loaded bearings, pins, crane extension booms and fifth wheels. Its very strong, ‘stringy’ adhesiveness helps it stay in place and it is often selected for exposed components and sliding surfaces.

Key Features & Benefits

  • White solid additives for enhanced EP and wear protection
  • Outstanding anti-corrosion resistance, even in saline water
  • Excellent stability in water and humidity
  • Very high adhesiveness for excellent staying power
  • Helps extend lubrication intervals and reduce lubricant consumption

Typical Applications

  • Slow and heavily loaded bearings and pins
  • Crane extension booms and sliding surfaces
  • Fifth wheels on heavy-duty vehicles
  • Earthmoving equipment and agricultural machinery
